12 Moonshell Drive is a water front single family home with a boat dock offering expansive views, 4' calm water for water sports and multiple outdoor areas for relaxing. The home has 3 generous size bedrooms with additional loft living and sleeping for 10 people. A first floor master bedroom overlooks the water with a spa-like master bath, dual shower and soaking tub. Enjoy preparing home cooked meals in a chefs gourmet kitchen with SS gas range, double ovens, ice maker and beverage fridge. Granite counters, custom cabinets and small appliances make this a home away from home.
Spend a day at the beach with only a 10 minute drive. You arrive at the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th street which features private parking, private pool, beach access, changing/shower/ bathroom facilities and beach club restaurant. Take a drive to expansive beaches of Assateague or the rolling dunes of Fenwick and beaches to the north. A beach vacation in Ocean City offers activities for everyone.
